Your lesson begins on the beach with a short theory session where you’ll learn:
-How to read and understand the waves.
-How to choose the best wave for you.
-Basic paddling and take-off techniques to get started on the board.
-Essential tips for maintaining balance.
The session also covers vital safety rules for both in and out of the water. Afterward, you’ll put theory into action, practicing your paddling and first rides under the guidance of your instructor.
Intermediates & Advanced
For those with some surfing experience, our instructors will help you refine your skills and elevate your technique. You’ll learn how to:
-Ride the wave all the way to shore using pumping and bodyweight control.
-Master smooth turns or advanced maneuvers.
-Perform more technical tricks to push your limits.
Whether you’re starting your surfing journey or perfecting advanced techniques, we’ll ensure you make the most of your time on the waves!
Bodyboarding is a super fun and exciting family activity that lets everyone enjoy the waves together! Imagine heading to the beach, grabbing lightweight bodyboards, and running straight into the surf. Instead of standing up like in surfing, you lie on your belly on the board, kick with your feet (using swim fins if you want extra speed), and ride the waves all the way to the shore.What makes it perfect for families is how easy it is to start. Kids can try catching small waves in the shallow water, while older siblings and parents can take on bigger waves for a little more thrill. It’s a great way to splash, laugh, and cheer each other on as you ride wave after wave.
